Johnson Controls acquires Synchrony magnetic bearing unit from Siemens
Johnson Controls announced it acquired Synchrony, a Roanoke, Virginia developer of active magnetic bearing technology, from Siemens Gas and Power. The deal closed November 1, 2019 and will improve its centrifugal chiller products.
