Aquatech

Aquatech has taken a minority equity stake in advanced membrane manufacturer Fluid Technology Solutions (FTS) as part of a broader partnership to boost zero liquid discharge (ZLD) process economics.

Aquatech, a water and process technologies provider, and Fluid Technology Solutions (FTS), a manufacturer of advanced membranes, entered a strategic partnership to deliver advanced separation, brine concentration, and water reuse solutions for brine mining, lithium, inland desalination, and MLD/ZLD markets.

Aquatech was awarded a contract by Lithium Americas Corp. for the lithium refining and purification process plants at the Thacker Pass lithium project in Nevada, including evaporation and crystallization systems for producing lithium carbonate.

Aquatech and Upwell Water formed a joint venture in the membrane technology sector.
