Cervus Equipment Corporation shareholders approved the plan of arrangement for Brandt Tractor Ltd. to acquire all outstanding Cervus shares for $19.50 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to close in mid-to-late October 2021.

Brandt Tractor Ltd. has agreed to acquire all outstanding shares of Cervus Equipment Corporation for $19.50 per share in cash, valuing Cervus at approximately $302 million.
