Elka Suspension

Liberty Spring, a precision spring manufacturer, acquired Elka Suspension, a manufacturer of suspension systems for powersports vehicles, light trucks and SUVs. The acquisition was supported by minority shareholders Desjardins Capital and Investissement Québec.

Ressorts Liberté, a Quebec-based spring manufacturer, acquired Elka Suspension, a suspension systems producer for recreational vehicles. The deal combines Ressorts Liberté's B2B strength with Elka's B2C expertise.
