Beijer Ref AB completed the acquisition of 80% of the shares in Inventor A.G. S.A., an air conditioning company based in Athens, Greece, with a second office in Bucharest, Romania. The acquisition was approved by the Romanian Competition Authority and closed on October 12, 2021.

Beijer Ref acquired 80% of the shares in Inventor AG SA, a Greek air conditioning manufacturer based in Athens, with an option to acquire the remaining shares. The transaction is subject to Romanian competition authority review and is expected to close in autumn 2021.
