Zeus acquires Smith Bateson and Van Der Windt for €12 million
Irish packaging firm Zeus announced its €12 million acquisition of two UK companies, paper and polythene distributor Smith Bateson and food services packaging business Van Der Windt. The combined turnover of the two is €39.5 million.
