Franchise Brands acquires Willow Pumps owner WPL Group for £12.5m
Macclesfield-based Franchise Brands acquired WPL Group Holdings and its subsidiaries Willow Pumps and Willow Drainage for £12.5m, with an initial consideration of £5m. The business supplies, installs and services water pumps.
