Florachem

Florachem is completing construction of a new state-of-the-art, food-grade manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, Florida, to expand capacity for natural citrus ingredients.

Funds advised by SK Capital Partners have acquired Florachem Holdings, a manufacturer of natural plant-based ingredients including citrus, pine, and specialty rosin resins. Florachem is also completing a new food-grade manufacturing facility.

Florachem announced the purchase and development of a second manufacturing location in Lakeland, FL, a 10-acre campus with over 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing capacity for natural citrus ingredients. Phase 1 is expected to be complete with manufacturing beginning in Q4 2021, adding approximately 20 new jobs.
