Planmeca Oy entered a binding contract to acquire the KaVo Treatment Unit & Instrument business from Envista Holdings Corporation. The acquisition will strengthen both companies' positions in dental solutions and increase Planmeca Group's annual revenue to over EUR 1.1 billion.

enVista acquired HCM Systems, a designer and installer of industrial automated systems, on July 1, 2021. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
