The Caldas state liquor company ILC signed a contract manufacturing agreement with the department of Boyacá to produce Aguardiente Líder. Around 300,000 reduced-size 750 ml units are expected in 2019.

Industria Licorera de Caldas signs contract manufacturing deal with Diageo for Smirnoff Lulo
The Caldas state liquor company ILC signed a contract manufacturing (maquila) agreement with Diageo to produce Smirnoff Lulo vodka. Around 400,000 units are expected to be produced in 2019.
