Boral Industries Inc.

Westlake Chemical Corporation announced it will acquire Boral Limited's North American building products businesses for $2.15 billion in an all-cash transaction. The deal includes brands in roofing, siding, trim, shutters, decorative stone, and windows, and is expected to close in the second half of 2021.
