Berylls Equity Partners

The Huhn Gruppe, a metal forming specialist owned by Berylls Equity Partners, has acquired Teckentrup, a technology leader in stamping and fine blanking. The acquisition expands Huhn Gruppe's product and production technology portfolio into embossing and fine blanking.

Berylls Equity Partners acquired the insolvent Heinrich Huhn Group, a metal forming automotive supplier with sites in Germany and Slovakia, securing about 500 jobs. The purchase agreement was signed on June 16, 2021.
