Malmberg Water AB

ELIQUO WATER GROUP, through its subsidiary Enwa AS, agreed to acquire 100% of the shares in Malmberg Water AB from Malmberg Group. The acquisition strengthens ELIQUO's position in the Nordic water treatment market.

Skövde municipality awarded a SEK91 million contract for the expansion of the Stadskvarn wastewater treatment plant, divided into six parts, to multiple contractors including Skanska Sverige AB and Malmberg Water AB.
