Xi'an Triangle Defense

Xi'an Triangle Defense Incorporated plans to establish a joint venture, Xi'an Sanzhong Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., to build a 1000MN/1250MN precision intelligent forging production line. The company will invest 390 million RMB for a 43.33% stake.

Xi'an Triangle Defense Co., Ltd. began construction of the 'Advanced Aviation Parts Intelligent Interconnection Manufacturing Base Project' in Xi'an Aviation Base. Total investment is 3.5 billion yuan, with phase one at 1.28 billion yuan. Partial production is expected by end of 2022, full completion by end of 2023.
