Interpump to acquire Reggiana Riduttori in share exchange valued at EUR 125 million
Interpump signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Reggiana Riduttori through a share exchange, based on an agreed enterprise value of EUR 125 million. Closing is expected by end of 2019, subject to due diligence.
