SEB Private Equity

Nordic financial services group SEB Private Equity has acquired Swedish wire rope manufacturer Talurit.

Swedish investment group Nalka Invest acquired Uniwater, a provider of water and wastewater infrastructure solutions in Sweden, from SEB Private Equity and LK Finans.

Nalka, a Stockholm-based investor, has acquired Uniwater, a Nordic group specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure solutions, from SEB Private Equity. Uniwater has approximately 210 employees and is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden.
