Aquatech International

Fisia Italimpianti, a subsidiary of Webuild Group, won two contracts worth €408 million ($439 million) to build and manage a water treatment plant for the ZULUF onshore oil facilities in Saudi Arabia. The EPC contract is worth $327 million and the O&M contract is worth $112 million.

Aquatech International announced on August 30, 2021, a recapitalization and joint venture partnership with Upwell LLC to offer water treatment as a service for industrial and infrastructure markets.

Aquatech International and Upwell Water have launched a joint venture called AQUIOS to provide water treatment services with no upfront customer cost. Aquatech plans to deploy over $500 million in water infrastructure through the platform.
