MICROMINE

Emerson's majority-owned subsidiary AspenTech announced an agreement to acquire Micromine, an end-to-end mining software provider based in Perth, Australia, to expand into the metals and mining market.

MICROMINE has signed a deal to purchase Precision Mining, a Queensland-based technology company known for its Spry mine scheduling software. The acquisition is MICROMINE's first in almost two decades.
