Cambridge Quantum Computing

Honeywell will own a majority stake in a new quantum computing joint venture with Cambridge Quantum Computing, investing $270 million to $300 million after the deal closes in Q3 2021. The combined company will have over 300 employees.

Honeywell Quantum Solutions and Cambridge Quantum Computing will combine to form a new stand-alone quantum computing company, with Honeywell owning a majority stake.
