Towlift

Towlift announced the rebranding of FMH Material Handling Solutions and Intermountain Lift Truck, which were acquired in 2022, to operate under the Towlift name, expanding its presence across the Western United States.

GNCO, parent company of Towlift Inc., acquired Cromer Material Handling, a California-based forklift and material handling equipment dealer with six facilities. No financial terms were disclosed. Cromer founder Marshall Cromer will continue to lead the company.
