Indo Count Industries Ltd

Indo Count Global Inc., a US subsidiary of Indo Count Industries, acquired 100% of Modern Home Textiles Inc., a pillow and filled products manufacturer in Phoenix, Arizona, with an annual capacity of 8 million pillows. The acquisition was announced on 14 October 2024.

Indo Count Industries plans to expand bed linen capacity by 20% to 108 million metres and modernize spinning units, with a total capex of Rs. 200 crore, expected to be operational in H2FY22.
