EnviroFALK has acquired AEW Wassertechnologie GmbH and AFS Solutions GmbH to expand its industrial customer base and expertise in heating water treatment. The Seevetal site will continue under founder Hans-Peter Jungmann.

EnviroFALK is expanding its production capacities with a new production hall for building standardized compact water treatment systems, creating new jobs in electrical engineering, plastics fitting, mechanical engineering, and commercial processing.

EnviroFALK GmbH acquired JWT GmbH and merged it into the company on April 30, 2023, establishing a new branch in Jena to expand its sales and service network in Germany.
