Case Packing Systems B.V.

XANO Industri AB, via a subsidiary, acquired all shares of PiWi Beheer B.V. and its subsidiary Case Packing Systems B.V., a Dutch developer and manufacturer of automated food packaging handling systems, for EUR 31 million on a debt-free basis.
