Englander Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) has acquired ESAM, Inc., a provider of custom cable assemblies and electronic sub-assemblies. The acquisition is backed by VergePointe Capital.

Silicon Forest Electronics (SFE) has agreed to merge with ESAM and Bay Computer Associates through a stock purchase agreement with VergePointe Capital, combining into EHC holding company. The deal was announced on March 31, 2021.
