Formulation, filling and manufacturing company HCT Group is to merge with Quebec-based formulator and manufacturer Knowlton Development.
HCT announced it has acquired 100% control of HCT Kent Packaging Ltd., a Chinese plant co-founded in 2006 with Taiwanese businessman Kent Lee. The 47,000 square metre facility makes plastic injection-moulded, extrusion-blow and injection-blow moulded packaging for beauty brands.
