Glasswerks LA Inc. acquired the glass fabrication assets of Columbia Commercial Building Products in Rockwall, Texas, and J.E. Berkowitz in Pedricktown, N.J., from Consolidated Glass Holdings, adding tempering, IGU, and laminated lines.
