FLO acquires control of ISAP-Packaging and F Bender in reorganization with DOpla
Under an agreement signed 2 September 2019, FLO SpA took control of ISAP-Packaging, a Verona maker of disposable tableware and food packaging, and F Bender, a Welsh maker of paper tableware, as part of a reorganization with DOpla SpA.
