Skyworks Solutions entered a definitive agreement to acquire the Infrastructure & Automotive business of Silicon Laboratories in an all-cash asset transaction valued at $2.75 billion. The acquisition includes power/isolation, timing and broadcast product lines, and about 350 employees.
