EVA Precision Industrial Holdings

Eva Precision Industrial Holdings and its unit Digit Automotive de Mexico received a supplier award notice from an unnamed US new energy vehicle manufacturer to manufacture moulds and components for vehicle body structure parts. The order value is expected to be about HK$140 million per year, with production starting in 2023.

Eva Precision Industrial Holdings has won orders from BYD and has begun supplying products to the Chinese automaker. The cooperation will initially take place at BYD factories in Changsha and later extend to other cities.

EVA Precision Industrial Holdings, through its subsidiary, agreed to acquire 100% equity of Futaba Metal Products (Shenzhen) for RMB 57.86 million, a manufacturer of office equipment parts.
