Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. acquired Zeman Bauelemente Produktionsgesellschaft m.b.H., a designer and manufacturer of robotic assembly and arc welding systems, in April 2021. The deal adds approximately 10% to Lincoln Electric's annual automation sales.
