Schweiter Technologies AG

Hypax GmbH agreed to acquire 3A Composites Mobility AG and 3A Composites Mobility S.A. from Schweiter Technologies AG, with expected completion on July 31, 2025.

Schweiter Technologies, through its subsidiary 3A Composites, completed the acquisition of the remaining shares of JMB Wind Engineering, a Polish developer and producer of core material kits for wind turbines.

Perspex International Ltd will invest over £30 million in a new production plant and research centre at its Chapels Park site in Darwen, UK, securing 250 jobs. Construction is expected to start in 2022 with completion by December 2023.

Schweiter Technologies AG acquired a 40% stake in JMB Wind Engineering, a Polish company specializing in core materials kit design and production for wind turbines, and extended its PET foam production in Poland.
