Bonfiglioli S.p.A.

Bonfiglioli S.p.A has agreed to acquire Selcom Group S.p.A, a specialist in electronic boards and automation solutions, from Avenue Capital Group and Europa Investimenti. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Bonfiglioli S.p.A. has won the auction at the Court of Bologna to acquire Sampingranaggi for €7 million, including assets in Italy and China, entering the robotic gearbox market.
