TenCate Geosynthetics

Montreal-based geosynthetics manufacturer Solmax finalized the acquisition of TenCate Geosynthetics, headquartered in Pendergrass, Georgia, creating the largest geosynthetics company in the world.

Solmax, a global leader in polyethylene geomembranes, has reached an agreement to acquire TenCate Geosynthetics, a provider of geosynthetics and industrial fabrics. CDPQ and Fonds de solidarité FTQ are investing in the transaction.
