Precise Packaging opened a new 15,000 square-foot aerosol and liquid contract manufacturing facility in Fall River, Massachusetts, near its headquarters. The site has two custom liquid filling lines and a new shrink sleever, and the company hired several new staff.
PLZ Aeroscience Corporation, backed by Pritzker Private Capital, acquired Fall River, Massachusetts-based Precise Packaging, a maker of aerosol and liquid products, from Trive Capital. No financial terms were disclosed.
