Faller Packaging is opening a new production facility in Gebesee, Thuringia, in April 2025, producing up to 650 million folding cartons and 160 million outserts per year on a former All4Labels site.

Faller Packaging signed a contract on September 16, 2024 to buy the former All4Labels property in Gebesee, Thuringia, to build a new folding carton and package leaflet plant. Production is planned to start in spring 2025.

All4Labels Global Packaging Group is joining Uniflexo, a PSL, shrink sleeve and booklet producer based in São Paulo, Brazil, into its group; the transaction is subject to closing conditions and regulatory approval.

All4Labels Global Packaging Group signed an agreement to acquire Romprix Exim, a Romanian manufacturer of self-adhesive labels, making it a 100% subsidiary. The transaction is subject to closing conditions including regulatory approval, and terms were not disclosed. Both production sites are near Bucharest.
