Tinci Materials' subsidiary Jiujiang Tinci High-Tech Materials signed an addendum with LG Energy Solution for the supply of an estimated total of 55,000 tons of electrolyte products from H2 2021 to end of 2023.

Tinci Materials' wholly-owned subsidiary Ningde Kaixin signed a framework supply agreement with CATL to supply electrolyte products corresponding to 15,000 tonnes of lithium hexafluorophosphate, valid until June 30, 2022.

Tinci Materials' Czech subsidiary signed an agreement with Saltigo GmbH (a Lanxess subsidiary) to retrofit Saltigo's车间 for toll manufacturing of lithium-ion battery electrolyte. The retrofit costs up to €8.19 million, with production enabling localized supply in Europe.
