Hy-Tek Holdings, a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, has acquired Advanced Handling Systems (AHS), a material handling automation integrator based in Erlanger, Kentucky. AHS has two facilities in the US and employs approximately 90 people.

Dunes Point Capital acquired Hy-Tek Material Handling and WorldSource Integration to form Hy-Tek Holdings, a material handling automation integrator with eight facilities and over 500 employees.
