Niche Fusina Rolled Products S.r.l., owned by DADA Holdings, Concord Resources, and Invitalia, acquired the business operations of Slim Fusina Rolling S.r.l. on March 31, 2022. The facility has a rolling capacity of 75,000 metric tons per year and employs about 250 workers.

DADA Holdings, Concord Resources and Invitalia acquired the business unit of Slim Fusina, an aluminium rolling operation in Venice, Italy, through a newly incorporated company Niche Fusina. The facility has a rolling capacity of 75,000 metric tons per year.

ElementUS, a joint venture between DADA Holdings and Enervoxa, has engaged Techint Engineering and Construction to commence front end engineering design for extracting rare earth elements from bauxite residue at DADA's alumina refinery in Gramercy, Louisiana.
