CERTINA acquires Pibiviesse valve business from CIRCOR International
CERTINA is acquiring Pibiviesse, the long-cycle upstream oil and gas engineered valve business of CIRCOR International, based in Milan, Italy. The business will be separated from CIRCOR and operated independently within the CERTINA Flow Control division.
