Refra

Beijer Ref signed an agreement to acquire 90% of Refra, a Lithuanian manufacturer of natural refrigerant HVAC/R systems, with an option to buy the remaining shares. Refra has annual turnover of about SEK 500 million.

Lithuanian HVAC&R manufacturer Refra is expanding with a new 12,000m2 factory in Vievis, which will eventually double production capacity. Production starts at the end of March 2021.
