RUAG International

ThyssenKrupp Aerospace has secured a contract from RUAG International to provide material support, including procurement and just-in-time delivery of aluminum, titanium, plastics and steel, for projects involving OEMs including Airbus, Boeing and Saab starting in 2021.

General Atomics Europe has completed the acquisition of all shares in RUAG Aerospace Services, which includes the Dornier 228 program and MRO businesses, from RUAG International. The purchase price was not disclosed.
