EoL Packaging Experts to acquire Standard-Knapp in Portland, Connecticut
Standard-Knapp shareholders agreed to sell the Portland, Connecticut packaging machinery maker to EoL Packaging Experts, which includes Germany's A+F Automation. The merger creates an end-of-line packaging leader in America and Europe.
