Kaczmarek Electric S.A.

FEGA & Schmitt Elektrogrosshandel GmbH, part of Würth Group, acquired all shares of Kaczmarek Electric S.A. on 26 February 2021. Cezary Kaczmarek obtained 40% of W.EG Polska and joined its board.

Würth Electrical Wholesale Group (W.EG) signed a purchase agreement on 14 January 2021 to acquire all shares of Kaczmarek Electric S.A., a Polish electrical wholesaler with 2020 sales of about EUR 117 million. In return, Kaczmarek's managing director will receive 40% of W.EG Polska shares.

Würth Elektrogroßhandelsgruppe (W.EG) signed an agreement on 14 January 2021 to acquire Kaczmarek Electric S.A. in Poland. W.EG Polska will take all shares, and Cezary Kaczmarek will receive 40% of W.EG Polska shares and join the board.
