Selvas AI acquired a 31.69% stake in Mediana for 73.2 billion won ($56.7 million), becoming the largest shareholder. The deal includes a share transfer from Mediana's chairman and a capital increase, with Selvas Healthcare also participating.

NPO Penta Group, a resident of Technopolis Moscow SEZ, will build a 18,000 sqm plant at the Alabushevo site to produce consumables for ventilators, blood transfusion systems, and blood collection containers. Investment is 1.69 billion rubles, with construction starting in late 2021 and production launch in 2023, creating over 270 jobs.
