Aveng sells Dynamic Fluid Control valve and pump unit to Copaflo for R165 million
Aveng Limited agreed to sell its Aveng Dynamic Fluid Control valve and pump business, with operations in South Africa, Finland, USA, Brazil and Australia, to Copaflo for R165 million. The deal is expected to close by 31 October 2019.
