Michelin has agreed to acquire Flex Composite Group (FCG), a European leader in advanced composite materials, from IDI and Andera Partners for an enterprise value of €700 million. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2023, subject to regulatory approval.

Spengler Group, a French medical device manufacturer, has acquired Dessillons & Dutrillaux (DDM) and Electro-Concept Médical (ECM), two medical equipment manufacturers. The deal strengthens Spengler's manufacturing division in medical diagnostics, orthopedic surgery, and neonatology.

KLUBB Group, the European leader in truck-mounted aerial work platforms, acquired 100% of Isoli S.p.A., the Italian market leader in design, production and assembly of aerial platforms, tow trucks and special equipment, to consolidate its presence in Italy and expand its product offering for short-term rental.

Pusterla 1880 opened its capital to the Winch Capital 4 fund managed by Andera Partners in a minority growth capital operation to support its European growth strategy.
