Gilde Equity Management

KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik and conTeyor International agreed to merge their businesses, creating a sustainable packaging group with expected sales of about EUR 200 million and around 1,000 employees. Completion is expected by year-end, subject to regulatory approvals.

Envases Universales Group, through its Danish subsidiary Glud & Marstrand, acquired 100% of pack2pack from private equity firm Gilde Equity Management in a competitive auction. Alantra advised Envases Universales on the deal.
