Sphere 3D Corp. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Rainmaker Holland BV, a subsidiary of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc., which owns Air-to-Water and Water-to-Water technologies and customer contracts. Consideration includes preferred shares and cash.
