Ovivo acquires remaining shares of E2metrix
Ovivo Inc. announced the acquisition of the remaining shares of E2metrix Inc., a Sherbrooke, Quebec-based technology company specializing in electrochemical technologies for destroying PFAS and other contaminants in water and wastewater. Ovivo had previously made a strategic investment and taken an equity stake in E2metrix in 2022.
