MGB, a subsidiary of LBS Bina Group, has secured a SAR94.5 million ($25.1 million) contract from Sany Alameriah to supply and install precast elements for 400 villas in the Roshn Alarous development north of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Partanna initiated a collaboration with Saudi group Roshn to build a carbon-negative concrete facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Partanna also plans to build four factories in 2024 including in the Bahamas, Gulf region, and US.

Siemens Ltd. was awarded a contract by ROSHN to construct 380/132/13.8kV and 132/13.8kV substations and underground cables as part of the first phase of a Riyadh community development. The contract value is part of a SAR 1.9 billion package that also includes home construction by Shapoorji Pallonji.
